AI Super Boost

Dr Mikko S. Niemelä

Three days to change what you can do with AI.

For founders and entrepreneurs.

Many founders begin by asking who they can delegate AI to. They assume they are not technical enough to work with it themselves and should find somebody else to handle it.

AI Super Boost starts from a different position. You do not need to become a developer, but you do need to provide the purpose, judgement and business direction that nobody else can provide for you. I show you how to turn that direction into something AI agents and bots can work from, while keeping the decisions that shape your company in your hands.

Over three days, we establish shared business context, build with AI agents, create an AI management team and work through the security, compliance and legal concerns that affect what you should do next.

What participants say

Why three days?

In my evening, half-day and one-day sessions, the most consistent request has been for more time. The participant comments on this page include the same message: the subject opened possibilities people wanted longer to explore.

Three days give us time to understand the ideas, see them working, try them and return to what happened. That return matters. Misalignment and weak assumptions are often easier to recognise once there is a real result to examine.

This is not three days of listening to presentations. It is enough time to begin changing how you work.

You set the direction

Your business vision, priorities and judgement cannot be delegated to an AI system. You understand why the company exists, what it is trying to become and which compromises would undermine that direction.

We begin by making this context explicit in a Bot Operations Manual. It gives agents and bots a shared account of the company's purpose, priorities, commitments and authority. Instead of repeatedly explaining the business from the beginning, you establish common ground that can guide AI-assisted work across the company.

During the course, I show you how to create the manual. If you decide to make one, a useful first version can usually be created in 5–15 minutes. It can then evolve with your business and your use of AI.

The three days

The programme moves from founder direction and building to bot management and informed decisions about risk.

Day 1

Change how you work and start building

The first half-day addresses the largest obstacle: believing that AI must be handed to somebody more technical before you can use it meaningfully. We examine what founders should direct themselves, how to communicate business intent clearly and how to establish the shared context AI needs.

We then move into building with AI agents. I first show what can happen when a loose instruction is handed to a building agent, then compare it with work directed through the Builder and Auditor method. You see why independent review matters and how a founder can direct and judge the result without becoming the developer. The examples change, and opportunities to experiment make the principles concrete.

Day 2

Learn from the build and establish your AI management team

We return to the building work in the morning. Distance often makes misalignment easier to see, so we examine what happened, where the agents misunderstood the objective and how to correct the process rather than repeatedly correcting individual outputs.

We then move from individual tasks to ongoing responsibility. You learn how to establish bots as managers, give them defined areas of work, connect them to appropriate information and tools, and create a dependable way for them to report results and bring important decisions back to you.

Day 3

Make informed decisions about risk

The final day deals directly with the questions that can prevent founders from acting: Is this secure? What information can the AI access? What authority should it have? What are the compliance and legal implications?

You learn how to turn those concerns into structured assessments, examine the supporting evidence and decide what can proceed, what needs safeguards and what requires further investigation or specialist advice.

Security is not postponed until Day 3. Appropriate boundaries apply throughout the course. Day 3 gives you a systematic way to assess the wider questions and make defensible decisions.

Join in at your own level

No coding experience is required. If you already have AI tools that can build software or run bot-managed work, bring them and try the methods with guidance. If you are new or do not want to set anything up during the course, follow the demonstrations, ask questions and take notes. You can put the ideas into practice later.

Every practical activity is optional. The building work is there to help you understand the principles, recognise what goes wrong when direction is weak, and see how independent audit changes the result. Some participants will build alongside me, some will experiment selectively and others will observe. Participation at all of these levels is valid.

The same applies to the AI management team: you can begin establishing one during the course or learn how it works and do it afterwards. No particular AI subscription is required to follow the course. The examples and tools evolve with the technology and lessons from practice; the underlying progression remains the same.
